The Scope of Our Mission
The scope of our mission work is tied to the spiritual and economic conditions of Haiti. For more than 500 years this poor country, located in the Caribbean, had been deeper in profound poverty and spiritual darkness than any other country.75% of the country practices voodoo (witchcraft), while a large part of that group claim to be Catholic, only 25% are Christian. This spiritual problem causes the people to live in unimaginable poverty. Consequently, Haiti is the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere.
